Simplest workweek lunch ever.


Microwave Brown Rice And Vegetables.

I am not a cook. It is on my bucket list to learn how to cook and in that vain this is a cooking effort.
This dish was suggested by a friend of mine. Simply a few vegetables cleaned and sliced uniformly in this case just potatoes and carrots.  Many more vegetables would work. Basil, salt and pepper and one tea spoon of coconut oil, found in the health food section of your grocery store. Plus one cup of steamed brown rice.

Place all ingredients in a microwave steamer with 1/4 cup of water and cook on high for 6 minutes.  Walla!!
